BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 4100 Mountain View Avenue, being on the southeast line of Mountain View Avenue northeast of Morrison Springs Road. Lot 1, John G. Parker Estate, as shown by plat of record in deed book 1086, page 269, ROHC, excepting therefrom that part of said lot lying within the right-of-way of U.S. Highway 27, and that part of said lot used for the widening of Mountain View Road; being the property described in deed book 4451, page 888, ROHC. Tax Map No. 108L-B-5. from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone. 0C SECTION 2.
